There are very few words that can fully justify this momentous occasion, where we reflected on all those who sacrificed so much for our freedom and commemorated 100 years since the signing of the Armistice Treaty at the end of WW1.

Bonfire and Fireworks 2018 – The Greatest Showman
2018 is the year ‘The Greatest Showman’ came to Lightwater! A circus tent, complete with billboards, bunting, bulb lit signage, a human cannon and a tiger in a cage. Amazing when you think the field is completely clear at 8am the morning of the event – yes, its all built in a day thanks to a wonderful team of local volunteers.
Spooky Scouts
1st Lightwater AGM
1st Lightwater AGM will take place on Wednesday 17th Oct at 19:45 for a 20:00 start.
This is a short meeting with nibbles afterwards. The meeting provides an idea opportunity to see how the group is doing and meet with the leaders that look after your children every week.
Beaver Camp
On the 29th September our Beavers (Borrowers and Nemo) joined with over x 100 Beaver Scouts from Surrey Heath to spend a day rafting at ‘Explore Water Activity Centre’ as well as practising other outdoor skills such as fire-lighting, climbing, orienteering and enjoying a BBQ.
